More Murders in Quito, Ecuador

According to ElComercio.com a man driving on the Granda Centeno around 3 a.m. on Friday June 24th, was intercepted by two people on motorcycles says the preliminary investigation report. Police say the driver was shot and lost control of his vehicle, crashing into local food stands on the streets of Brasil and Granda Centeno in north Quito. Residents and security guards heard seven explosion-like sounds and called police. The body is being transported to the morgue in Quito. This is the same area in which Manuel Calisto, an Ecuadorian actor, was murdered during a house robbery a few days ago. Police are investigation both of these crimes.Read Article
