Municipalities of Bolivia, Chile, and Peru border regions plan strategic alliance for development

With a vision of identity development with representatives of 57 municipalities in Bolivia, Chile and Peru pose a strategic alliance to strengthen border integration as a trinational mechanism to improve the levels of economic, social, cultural and environmental rights of people living Aymara territories.
