A Mother in Peru, First Time Using E-Voting

According to Trome.pe the district of Pacaran, Canete used electronic voting for the first time in the runoff presidential elections of 2011. Irma Chuquispuma Quispe was the first citizen to e-vote in Peru, according to the National Office of Electoral Processes. The district of Pacaran, Canete is home to a reported 1,354 voters.Read Article
