One study showed that the incidence of insomnia affects up to 35 percent in the general population. In Mexico, the general public does not consider insomnia as a disease, because the urban environment or adapting to new lifestyles favor this condition goes unnoticed. However, studies have reported an incidence of the disease up to 36 percent in adults and up to 16 percent when it comes to severe insomnia. Read Article
