Mexico, proposals made to eliminate baby stealing in hospitals

In denouncing the existence of criminal gangs to steal your babies in public and private hospitals, the Chamber of Deputies, will try to become law, the installation of surveillance cameras in operating rooms and corridors of the hospitals, as well as placing electronic bracelets the little ones.
