Mexico: Drug shipment from Guerrero to Pachuca intercepted

Officials seized eight kilos of marijuana found inside a van with license plates from Tamaulipas. According to an El Independiente de Hidalgo report, the drugs had been transported from Guerrero and were en route to Pachuca. Before being intercepted, the drugs had been moved via public transportation, on a bus belonging to the Estrella Blanca line. This line is not known to regularly inspect luggage. The shipment was finally found in the van while it was parked in a store parking lot. The driver was not identified by name. Read Article
