Mexican journalist found dead
The reporter Marco Antonio Avila, who had been kidnapped, was found with signs of torture and a message from drug trafficking.
The body of a journalist covering police matters was found today on a highway in Mexico’s Sonora state accompanied by a message attributed to drug trafficking after being kidnapped yesterday, bringing up to seven those murdered in 2012 in that country.

“Found dead on reporter Marco Antonio Avila, with signs of torture and drug trafficking with a message,” he said by telephone the spokesman for prosecutors in Sonora (northwest), Jose Larrinaga. Read Article
