Major Fire Cuenca Ecuador – August 15, 2012 reported Wednesday night, the historic center of the city into chaos. Around 22:00, a fire broke out on the roof of the Seminary St. Louis, near the Cathedral Immaculate, and spread because the structure of that building is made up of old timbers.
