Laja, Bolivia: Authorities Seize 294 Kilos of Peruvian Cocaine Heading for Brazil

From Cambio on July 23, 2013- Bolivia’s Special Forces in the Fight Against Drug-trafficking seized 294 kilos of cocaine from Peru that was presumably heading for Brazil. The drugs were hidden in the false bed of a truck, and the operation led to the arrest of two individuals with charges of drug trafficking. The drugs originated in the Peruvian city of Ilo and authorities believe that the drugs were heading to the city of Santa Cruz to be later shipped to Brazil. Read Article
