IDB report places Ecuador’s bureaucracy among worst on the continent

eldiario.ec reported President Correa refutes report by BID that places Ecuador among the worst bureaucracies on the continent. President Rafael Correa refuted a report by the Inter-American Bank of development (IDB), which places the bureaucracy of the country among the worst in the continent.
“The latest farce”, wrote strap on his Twitter account, commenting on the report by the IDB on the “strengths and weaknesses of human capital in the public sector in Latin America,” recently released by the Ecuadoran press.
