Three Hotel Chains Stick To Investment in Peru

The hotel chains of Hyatt, Intercontinental and Wyndham have confirmed that after evaluating the market and hospitality industry, after the election of Ollanta Humala, they will begin luxury projects in Peru, reports ElComercio.pe. Hyatt is investing $50 million while the Intercontinental and Wyndham chains will invest $30 million says the present of the National Chamber of Tourism, Carlos Canales. The projects are designed for Lima, Trujillo and Arequipa. The Hyatt Company has bought land in San Isidro and will be expanding their hotel chain. The Intercontinental and Wyndham are both looking for local partners for their specific building projects. These two companies are in the business of operating hotels and creating models for the influx of different hotel chains.Read Article
