Hostal owner in Cajamarca claims beaten up by police

An embarrassing incident involving this morning a group of police who was staying at the Hostal El Dorado, in the city of Cajamarca.The local owner, Edwin Diaz, reported on the news first news that five of them full drunk beat him by asking to turn off their lights and do not make noise, because their small children and other family members slept on the fourth floor.
