Honduras: Shark filets being soldillegally with high levels of mercury

Shark steak dry with high mercury content has been marketed in the country this summer and can severely damage the health of Hondurans. The authorities of the Ministry of Natural Resources (Serna) reported that blind spot has made the distribution of this product, which is sold under the name of fish jerky (cecina de pescado). 15 businesses have been detected in the country with this product, so be intervened in the coming days.
