Guayaquil, Quito, survey of 1200 shows all were a victim of some type of crime

A survey of 1 200 people showed that in the last 12 months, all met a victim of crime. Guayaquil has staged sit-ins against the insecurity and violence for more than four times. The last one took place last Friday at Centennial Park. However, the circle of people who have been victims of both phenomena is increasingly tight, the situation is similar in other cities such as Quito. A survey conducted by the consultancy support and the Guayaquil Chamber of Commerce was able to show that every 1 200 people in their sample (600 of 600 of Guayaquil and Quito) met in the last year by at least one victim crime or other violations.
