Former Colombian President believes Ecuador’s President good candidate in peace talks with ELN

Samper valued at Caracol Radio the participation of Ecuador in a possible table of dialogue between the Executive and the army of national liberation (ELN), similar to that established in Havana in November 2012 to seek the end of the conflict with the revolutionary armed forces of Colombia (FARC).
