Foreign minister of Colombia claims cartels want to operate in Bolivia

The Foreign Minister of Colombia, Maria Angela Holguin said yesterday that there are drug cartels seeking to enter Bolivia. Although not detailed names, emphasized that these cartels have “enormous” economic resources.
The Colombian Foreign Minister arrived in the country on Monday to meet with similar Bolivian, David Choquehuanca, to address various issues on the bilateral agenda and ready preparations for the March 19, 2012, when 100 years the two countries meet bilateral relations. Read Article
