Former ELN Member Searches for the Remains of Her Brother, Colombia

•According to Luz, she was tired of injustice and violence against innocent people despite the ideology of the group.
•She signed up for the Plan Nacional de Reinserción del Comité Operativo para la Dejación de las Armas which promised her financial and educational help to rejoin society, but still has not received anything.
