Ecuador: waiting times for transplants reduced after new law of required donation upon death

From the March 4, 2011, which came into force Law on Donation and Transplantation of Organs, Tissues and Cells, all Ecuadorians are over 18 donors at death. Are exempt from the rule in life who express the opposite and is posted to your card. According to the Civil Registry, 96% of cedulas is in favor of donation. Read Article
