Ecuador makes numerous changes in cabinet leadership posts

Quito, May 2 (Andes) andes.info.ec .- The government of Ecuador will make changes in the president’s cabinet. These will be formalized in the next few hours, according to agency ANDES met.

The changes will be specified in the portfolios of Foreign Trade, National Water Secretariat (Senagua), National Secretariat for Risk Management, Cultural, Economic and Social Inclusion.

The portfolio of Economic and Social Inclusion will be in charge of Lidice Larrea Viteri Assemblyman Manabi, while the National Secretariat for Risk Management will be led by Susana Dueñas, current governor of the coastal province, one of the most affected by the earthquake registered the April 16 in the country.

Foreign Trade Casinnelli assume Juan Carlos, who serves as a legislator in the province of Guayas, while the Water Secretariat will be headed by Alexis Sanchez, who serves as undersecretary of Drinking Water and Sanitation.

Raul Vallejo, who serves as ambassador of Ecuador in Colombia, will take over as Minister of Culture.

Cassinelli has served as Assemblyman PAIS two consecutive terms as a member of the Economic Development Commission has held several meetings with MEPs to monitor Ecuador negotiations with the European market.

Raul Vallejo, writer and professor has already held prior positions in the public service. In the early 90s he was Minister of Education, Culture and Sports in the government headed by Rodrigo Borja, the Democratic political party Izquierda, in which he played until August 2008. Vallejo served as Ambassador in Colombia since January 2011 .
