ECUADOR – LARGE DRUG TRAFFICKING RING DISMANTLED, INCLUDING POLICE

Police in Ecuador have broken most Wednesday to drug gang and hit men operating in the Ecuadorian coast. The criminal faction, in addition to controlling drug trafficking in Guayaquil, maintained important links with international cartels like Sinaloa Mexican or Colombian of stubble.

It is, as pointed Andes news agency, the most significant blow to organized crime in Ecuador in the last fifteen years.
