Ecuador has largest number of refugees in Latin America, 65% without visa

Ecuador is home to the largest number of refugees in Latin America, according to the High Commissioner of the United Nations on the matter (UNHCR). But only 35% of foreigners with that status appears in the record as a carrier Migration Visa 12-IV.
