Investigation of alleged conflicts between neighbors and foreign couple in Puerto Lopez.

eldiario.com reported the authorities Emerging Operations Committee (COE) reported that they have had to intervene by alleged conflicts between residents of the neighborhood and a couple of foreigners who came to live in Puerto Lopez.
Jorge Ponce, one of the residents said that outsiders do not like dances and listen to music when asked to turn off the music and call the police to demand suspend dancing.
Monica Zambrano said there are alleged attacks, including minors.
Mariuxi Rivera, another neighbor, said that the foreign residents have used used weapons abroad.
Complaints are located in the prosecutor’s office.
Javier Villacreses, secretary of the COE, said that the security desk resolved two points: The first is to ask for call blocking for foreigners from using ECU-911 Security Service, and the second request to the Prosecutor’s Office and the Foreign Office civil history , criminal and psychiatric of the foreign couple.
