Concern for breach of protocols rescue survivors in Ecuador
elpais.com.co reported in an interview with Caracol Radio, the captain said that heavy machinery is being used in areas where relief agencies work, which could lead to a destabilization of the ground.

“We have asked our teams will continue their discipline defending the areas where crashes are because it can endanger people who are trying to survive,” he said…….
The national director of the Fire Colombia, Captain Germán Andrés Miranda, expressed concern about the unfamiliarity with the Ecuadorian authorities for search and rescue earthquake survivors. Read Article
