Ecuador: 91 percent of disappearances resolved in 2014

The Dinased statistics recorded an increase of 2.315 reports of people missing this year compared to 2013, which was of 2.277.

Thousands of families do not lose the hope of finding alive to their lost loved ones, some for days, other months and in some cases for years. This year in Ecuador disappeared 4.592 people, of whom 4.184 were found among living or dead, i.e. 91% response, according to reports of the national direction of crimes against life, violent deaths, disappearances, extortion and kidnappings (Dinased).
