Dry Law in Effect for this Sunday, Colombia

Following Decree 1756, the Colombian government is to ban the sale and consumption of alcohol Sunday from 3:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. according to wsp.presidencia.gov.co. This will be during the Internal Consultation of Political Parties and Movements about such public order matters as restrictions of bearing arms, curfew, transport of vehicles, and curfew. The decree also allows people with disabilities to aid them in arriving to the voting stations without violating voter’s confidentiality. Read Article
