Drug dealers in Dominican Republic abandon stash during escape from police

Four men spotted by officials in Santo Domingo, the Dominican Republic managed to evade capture after fleeing from an alleged drug sale point. The suspects were identified as John, Vichan, El Menor, and El Flaco, El Caribe reports. While fleeing authorities and escaping down an alley, they abandoned their stash of 5.5 kilos of drugs in a corner. The drugs were either cocaine or heroin, according to the report. The suspects were discovered after police received complaints from community members concerning a drug sales point in the neighborhood. Read Article
