Dominican Republic: Minors arrested for selling drugs in the East

Five minors, all between the ages of 14 and 16, were arrested in the Dominican Republic for selling drugs in Higuey and La Romana. They were arrested in the possession of several hundred grams of various drugs, El Nuevo Diario Reports. One girl, 16, was arrested in La Romana with 35 portions of cocaine, four of marijuana, and one package of crack cocaine. Whether the detainees were involved in a coordinated drug scheme was not reported. Read Article
