Costa Rica: police with assistance of U.S. Coast Guard seize 725 kilos cocaine

Antidrug authorities of Costa Rica, with the support of the Coast Guard of the United States on Monday seized 725 kilos of cocaine coming in a boat whose four crew escaped to a mountainous area. A ministry statement said Public Safety officers found the drugs in the boat, which, after being chased, ran aground on a lake in the province of Limón on the Atlantic, where the operations are constant and cocaine seizures.
