Costa Rica, Panama purchasing water

More than a million Panamanians are without drinking water for a month, because the December rains affected the water treatment plants that supply the capital city of Panama. According to reports, our neighbors to the south suffered the worst rain in the last 200 years and for the first time in decades, can not drink water directly from the tap due to pollution.
