Colombia, four volcanoes on yellow alert

Four active volcanoes is on yellow alert and type III (changes in the behavior of volcanic activity): Mount Machin, the snowcapped volcano Galeras and Huila and Ruiz. Cerro Machin, in Tolima, is scaring the people closest to the volcano, by the earthquakes that have been presented from the December 31, 2010. According to the latest report Ingeominas, there have been about 367 volcano-tectonic events of low magnitude, located south and southwest of the main dome. Read Article
