Colombia, Plan to Reduce Gas Prices

As caracol.com.co reports, in response to the rise in regular and diesel fuel in Colombia, a project to help stop the rise in prices will be up for approval in the Congress of the Republic starting Wednesday. The new plan will attempt to lower fuel prices by 1,000 to 1,500 pesos. Since December 2010, gas prices have increased by 534 pesos and diesel by 490, and gas for homes have increased 2,000 pesos since January. Read Article
