Colombia: Member of ELN absconds and delivers kidnapped Ecuadorian to authorities

This Sunday, a member of the ELN was delivered with Orlando Sigifredo Ibarra, an Ecuadorian kidnapped by the guerrilla group in 2010.

The release came after the guerrillas kidnapped and escaped, walked several hours away and presented to the authorities.

“Today in the morning (Sunday), the subject of the ELN kidnapped escaped together and after four hours of walking, troops appeared before the Fourth Marine Brigade, attached to Task Force against Narcotics ‘Poseidon’, the Pacific Naval Force of the Navy.
