Colombia and Ecuador Agree to Strengthen Border Security
•The two ministers of defense, Javier Ponce of Ecuador and Rodrigo Rivera of Colombia, are meeting today in Puerto El Carmen, on Ecuador’s side of the border, to sign a program designed to heighten security on the Colombian-Ecuadorian border per Semana.com.
•There will also be a convention involving the two nations to encourage political strategy and the growth of cooperation between Colombia and Ecuador. Read Article
