Colombia, 18,200 Cases of Sexual Abuse of Minors Call for Great Care

The Instituto Nacional de Medicina Legal reports the number of cases of sexual abuse against minors is over 18,200 according to rcnradio.com. The Universidad Nacional stresses the importance of proper care when questioning these children who may not be able to deal with the pressure of the procedure due to the psychological stress involved in these crimes.
