Clandestine operation of transporting fuel illegally from Ecuador to Peru shut down

The operation called Lightning, which rode on the southern border Police seized 4,000 gallons of fuel and 16 LPG cylinders. This shipment, according to the agents was in clandestine warehouses Huaquillas 26, a town bordering Peru. In addition, seized empty plastic drums and accessories, which were allegedly used to illegally packaged fuel and then sell out of control across the country.
