Chile: Yellow Alert Maule region forest fires

According to information provided by CONAF, the region of Maule maintains three active fires that have consumed 28 hectares of dense vegetation, especially native forest.

In the town of Linares, “The high point” is observed with an allocation of 20 hectares, while the fire “Oxen Estuary”, in the commune of Romeral is active, but content, consuming 3.5 hectares .

Moreover, in the town of Curico, the fire “Cerro Los Pretiles” remains under observation, consuming 4.5 hectares so far. Read Article
