Chile: Denny’s opens its first restraurant in Latin America

Franchising.com reported that Denny’s, Inc. (Nasdaq:DENN), the world’s largest full-service family dining chain, today announced it has entered South America with the opening of its first restaurant in Chile. Located in the Las Condes section of Santiago, the new location is operated in partnership with local partner the Musiet Group as a part of an exclusive development agreement to open 10 locations in Chile over the next 15 years. Denny’s is the first American family-dining chain to expand its footprint to Chile. “Our expansion into South America is an important milestone for Denny’s global ambitions.
