Chile begins program to make stealing of cell phones less attractive

The campaign, conducted in conjunction with phone companies Claro, Entel and Movistar, are four TV spots and three radio to be played on media. The measure, which was adopted by all companies for the category by a decree coordinated by the Government, aims to inhibit the cell phone theft, a crime which in 2010 reached 341,387 units stolen.
