Child Care Centers Otavalo Ecuador investigated for negligence

Eluniverso.com reported that the death of a child in a Children’s Center of Good Living (CIBV) indigenous community Tocagón in Otavalo, Imbabura province, on September 28, forcing authorities related to their control units to expedite inspections in the country.

The youngest, 1 year and 4 months, drowned after falling into a bucket containing water with chlorine in central New Seed child, attending about 25 children and is run by the Department of Economic and Social Inclusion (MIES). Read Article
