Caracas Venezuela: Doctors, Nurses Protest for lack of medical supplies

DOCTORS BEING ASSAULTED BY PATIENT’S FAMILIES
noticiascaracol.com reported they belong to a public hospital in which relatives, angry at the lack of inputs, have attacked medical personnel. In Caracas, Venezuela, doctors and nurses in a public hospital protested aggressions suffered by relatives of the patients. Medical professionals say that they have no protection and can not attend to many of the patients who arrive, by the lack of supplies. A week ago a group of professionals in the health, in the area of obstetrics was assaulted by relatives of a patient. A situation which, according to denounce, is already common in hospitals of the country. They claim to have no basic materials, reason by which serve only emergencies. Read Article
