Cali, Colombia: Government Seizes More than Two Tons of Marijuana from the FARC

From on August 6, 2013- The Colombian Army seized more than two tons of marijuana in the city of Cali that allegedly belonged to the FARC and was meant to be sent abroad. No suspects were apprehended during the seizure of the drugs which were hidden in the back of a truck. The drugs originated in the city of Caloto and were meant to be transported to the port city of Buenaventura. The drugs were hidden in wheat bran sacks to camouflage the distinct odor of marijuana.
