Brazil, First reports rule out mechanical failure in plane crash that killed 7 in Manaus

Manaus – A new line of research will point out if there was human error in the crash of an aircraft of the Air Taxi Amazonaves in the last 21 days in Manaus, in the Regional Investigation and Prevention of Aeronautical Accidents (Seripando 7). The first report issued by the Seripando 7 concluded that there were no mechanical problems with the P34 Seneca which crashed after takeoff from Terminal 2 at the head of the airport runway international Eduardo Gomes, in the west of Manaus. The plane exploded after the crash. The seven passengers – three men, three women and a child – as well as a dog, died on the spot. Read Article
