Bolivia: proposal for mandatory two year military service

The Deputy Minister of Decolonization, Felix Cardenas, proposed Thursday that military service is extended to two years for the military technical form strategic state enterprises. “We are working from the Vice Ministry of Decolonization with corresponding levels of the armed forces the possibility of a two-year military service, this in order that our children have a vocational technical school or above as in relation to strategic enterprises State, “he told reporters. In his view, military training is important but could cover the first few months and the remainder would be used in the training of conscripts. Read Article
