Bolivia installs new Army High Command

President Evo Morales installed today the new Army High Command, replacing two military commanders and urging the new authorities to continue the work done by the outgoing general staff.
The new High Command includes Maj. Gen. Edwin de la Fuente, who swore in as new commander of the Armed Forces of the Plurinational State, replacing Tito Roger Gandarillas, who had been in the post for eleven months. Read Article
