Bolivia: Government fails to explain why Russia left out of agreement to combat drug trafficking

In less than four years, Russia has gone from being considered by the Bolivian government as the best ally against drug trafficking to be excluded from the new agreement against drug trafficking, especially cocaine, has signed with Brazil and the U.S.. And without any explanation from the government of Morales, who in recent days also negotiated an agreement with Colombia.
