Azogues Ecuador: Lesbian activist stabbed to death

This morning Silhouette organizations X, Confetrans, Transgender Project, Inclusive and Green Balancing Basin, reported the death of lesbian activist Karina T, 28, who was killed on Nov. 2. Witnesses who book their identity Karina T, would have been in an entertainment center in Azogues would then directed to an apartment where he is killed, after receiving multiple stab wounds, according to Elcomercio.com.

Karina was a lesbian activist recognized the Collective “Inclusive Basin”. His work focused on the claim of LGBT rights in the capital Sawaya. Therefore organizations requesting a clarification of this death, who have qualified as a hate crime. Besides these organizations asked their collective of different cities and local authorities to raise a cry of warning to these crimes of persecution and xenophobia against groups occurring gays, lesbians, transsexuals.
