On Friday 10 August, when it is recalled that the First Cry of Independence, will be mandatory rest day in the country. This date is part of National Holidays Calendar prevailing in the country and therefore will not be recovered. In accordance with Article 6 of Executive Decree No. 1162 of May 3, 2012, by which it regulates the rest days, states that in those days should ensure the provision of basic public health, fire, airports terminals, air, land, sea, river and banking services with minimum staff necessary to meet the collective demands.
