Arrests of child “mules” increase at U.S. Mexico border

In 2011 there were 190 arrests for minor drug trying to cross the San Diego | Agency Reform The number of children carrying drugs across the border, mainly methamphetamine, continues to rise, which is coupled to the growth of cases of “blind mules” carrying drugs without their knowledge, activists complain.
