Argentina, Ollanta Humala discusses relations with Kirchner

President elect of Peru Ollanta Humala continues his Latin American tour of the Southern Cone as he meets with Argentine president Cristina Kirchner today. Humala traveled from Montevideo to Buenos Aires by boat last night since flights were suspended due to volcanic ash from Chile, according to pagina12.com. In his private meeting with Kirchner at her residence in Quinta de Olivos, Humala says he hopes to improve trade, economic and cultural relations between the two nations since there are over 300 thousand Peruvians living in Argentina.
