Argentina, Guatemala, Venezuela priorities by the U.S. in fight against drug trafficking

EE. States. revealed its priorities in the region. Venezuela, Argentina and Guatemala are being targeted. After Santos-Obama historic debate on the decriminalization of drugs in the Summit of the Americas, the U.S. government notified them to several countries in the priority plan to confront the drug cartels.
